Specialization
I specialize in representing clients in the purchases and sales of
single-family residences and income property within the cities of
Lake Almanor, Chester, Westwood, Clear Creek, Prattville, Almanor,
Canyon Dam, Greenville, Crescent Mills, Taylorsville, Genesee
Valley, North Arm and all of Plumas County. I keep current of all
transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with
the local schools. I pride myself in being available to meet my
clients needs on a timely basis; always at your service and within
reach!
Personal
I was born and raised in San Jose, CA. I married a Lake Almanor
native in 1992. We have spent much of the past 15 years buying,
selling and developing real estate in Oregon and now Lake Almanor.
My husband Sean is the owner of Almanor Log Works, specializing in
custom hand-crafted log homes and accents. We are the proud parents
of a daughter, Samantha and a son, Patrick. As a family, we like
to spend much of our time outdoors taking advantage of all this
beautiful region has to offer. We enjoy snowmobiling, backpacking,
camping, fishing, swimming, and riding ATV's and the kids are active
in Little League and youth soccer. We recently purchased 40 acres in
Indian Valley where we are building our dream home. |
